The AE times app is an attempt to create a single platform to record information on the waiting times of all A & Es in the UK.
It is also aimed at creating a single platform for interaction between the public and NHS.Waiting times are publicly available for a few AEs in the UK.
These have been included in the app.
We are forced to use patient provided waiting times for the rest of the AEs.
These will be averaged and shown.The publicly available waiting times have different levels of dependability.
Waiting times and other information available from the public are entirely subjective.
So we make no claims as to the accuracy of these timings.
This is just an attempt to record information on the actual situation of various A & Es throughout the country.
The comments section allows users to record their experience of the hospital, both positive and negative.
These will be moderated to remove personal and derogatory content.
NHS staff work under extraordinary pressures and I request users to consider this while commenting.
